Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral directors and cemeteries; i.e. where deliveries are made to a central point and not directly to the recipient. Please note that orders to a hospital must be delivered in a vase - bunches cannot be delivered.In such above cases the signature of a person authorized to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and the fulfilment of the order. FastFlowers cannot take responsibility for flowers being stolen. At FastFlowers we always make every effort to deliver customer gifts to that special person. If the recipient is not available, FastFlowers will leave a 'Sorry, you were out' card, inviting them to call FastFlowers and arrange a more convenient delivery time.
